Welcome to CustomColourbook (a trading name of ThinkHoos Ltd). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services worldwide. By creating an account, purchasing tokens, or using our colouring book generation tools, you agree to these Terms.

2. About Us

CustomColourbook (a trading name of ThinkHoos Ltd) is operated from the United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean CustomColourbook (a trading name of ThinkHoos Ltd). References to “you” or “your” mean the individual user.

3. Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• If you suspect unauthorised use, please reset your password immediately.

4. Tokens & Payments

• Our service operates on a token basis. One token = one image generation.
• Tokens are purchased through our payment provider (Stripe/PayPal etc.).
• Once a token has been redeemed for image generation, it cannot be refunded, regardless of output quality.
• Unused tokens may expire after 12 months (unless required otherwise by law).

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if tokens were purchased but not delivered to your account. Once delivered, refunds are not available except as required by UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• All platform code, branding, and content belong to us or our licensors.
• You own the colouring pages you create for personal use. However, commercial redistribution of generated pages requires our prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or suspend the service for maintenance or improvement.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for tokens in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
