2. Token purchases

• Purchases on our site are for digital tokens, which can be redeemed for AI image generations.
• Once tokens have been delivered to your account, the purchase is considered complete.
• Tokens are non-refundable once used to generate an image, regardless of the output.

3. Refunds available

You may request a refund only if:

• You purchased tokens but they were not delivered to your account.
• The transaction was made in error and no tokens have been used.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@customcolourbook.com within 14 days of purchase. Please provide your account email and transaction details.

5. Processing refunds

If eligible, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to the policies of your payment provider.
